Model RT-150 Turbomixer

The RT-150 Turbomixer is an efficient and economical means of mixing dry color and additives into powdered resin.

The RT-150 has a sturdy, 40 gallon (150 litre) stainless steel mixing bowl and allows for mixing 100 pound batches of powder. The mixer cycle is controlled by the temperature of the mix or a timer. Mixing over 500 pounds per hour of the same color is normal. Mixing to 130 degree F is recommended and requires about 5 minutes to mix the color and polish the resin in one step. When a good color progression is used, cleaning can be accomplished in 10 to 15 minutes.

Paddle Plow Horizontal High Intensity

The BPS-3272 paddle plow mixer mixes 800 pound batches. It will polish the resin (mixing to 130° F) in about 20 minutes while mixing in dry color. Mixing 1600 pounds per hour of the same color is routine.

Other standard mixer sizes are available, including 230 pound and 115 pound paddle plow mixers. This 32 inch diameter mixer is quick and east to clean and mixes a 800 gaylord of resin that may eliminate preweighing the resin. The mixer can be cleaned in 20 to 25 minutes. Delivery time can be as quick as seven weeks from the factory in Ohio.
